An answer isn’t worth very much if you can’t back it up with strong, specific reasons…

Example

School days should be shorter. Thinking is hard work. According to “Does Thinking Really Hard Burn More Calories” from Scientific American,  the brain demands 20 percent of our resting energy. That might be 260 calories (the same as climbing stairs for 25 minutes).  It’s the only sensible way to handle a late start, and evidence says that teens should start later. According to the Center for Disease Control (CDC), “Early class times are taking a toll on adolescents’ health and academic performance.”
